The deal is inked. For the 2009 season I will be representing Akwa Industries. In short, I am super stoked to represent and ride for a company that is from my hometown and operates in an environmentally sensible manner. All the boards are hand crafted in Roberts Creek by Scott Copeland. After talking to Scott, it sounds like 2009 is going to be another big year for them. There is a new wave board coming out whilesome modifications will be made their flat land product. I will post some 'spy' pics and details as soon as I get them.Secondly, check out the next Forever Skimboard Mag. I have, and am planning on submitting a few photos. Photographers include myself, Steph Harrison and Hattie May Root. Lets see if we can get more pics of BC on the map.
